FEES AND INSURANCE
I Accept Cigna, Aetna and United Behavior Health/Optum EAP. At your request, I can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurer.
The initial consultation is free. Fees varies based on services needed. Please call or email for additional info.
In certain circumstances, a sliding scale based on need may be offered. I reserve time in my schedule to offer these sliding scale fees.
During the initial session, we will discuss practice policies, confidentiality and what brought you into counseling. Intake paperwork is required for the first session.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. A full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.
Diversity, equity and inclusion are integral parts of my practice. We all need to be aware of where we are in the world and the impact we have in our community and on others. Let's ask, "What it means to live in a multi-racial society in which power splits along racial lines." - Jack Miles
I provide Person Centered Counseling that supports your strengths and is respectful of your space, needs and priorities as you work towards the attainment of your goals.
