Diversity, equity and inclusion are integral parts of my practice. Self-awareness and the impact we have in our community and on others is important.
I work with clients struggling with high anxiety, depression and trauma due to multiple reasons. I provide an integrative counseling approach that supports your strengths and is respectful of your space, needs and priorities as you work towards the attainment of your goals. During our initial meeting, I will listen throughly to you and together we will create a treatment plan formulated on evidenced based best practices to assist you in the alleviation of symptoms and living the life you desire.
